The project: We are looking for an exceptional Manual QA Engineer for this fully remote opportunity to work with a US-based client in the decoration industry.  Founded in 2003, with a focus on home decoration, the company has units distributed around California and a website for purchasing interior products. They believe character is innate. Their collection is designed - from concept to creation - to enhance the way people live, elevate the presence of their homes, and evolve with them.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a solid understanding of the products that are to be tested;.
2. Understand the functional and technical requirements as well as the business processes that the customers will be employing while using the products.
   
3. Create test plans, scenarios, and cases.
4. Participate in planning sessions and scrum and provide meaningful inputs.
5. Work with the scrum team and product owner to develop test plans and test scenarios that will be the basis of producing test cases and scripts.
6. The job involves reviewing and executing manual and automated test scripts based on new product feature requirements, as well as defect fixes.
7. Create and execute regression test packs.
8. Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria.
9. Specify requirements for environmental data resources and tools and work as a member of the Scrum team to ensure that appropriate test environments are provisioned.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in software testing.
2. Strong hands-on experience testing front-end and back-end ERP/CRM/OMS systems.
3. Experience with the following or related application: ERP (NetSuite).
4. Strong experience defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution, and reporting.
5. Experience with API Testing with Postman.
6. Strong hands-on experience with manual testing, supply chain, and order management processes.
7. Ability to understand complex business and technical domains.
8. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
9. Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
10. Good verbal and oral communication skills.
11. Should have attention to detail.
12. Should have an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
