The project: We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Analyst Developer for this fully remote opportunity to work with a US-based client in the mortgage insurance field.   

Required Skills:

Regulatory Documentation:

• Experience with traditional, detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Use Case Diagrams, and Process Flow Diagrams. Skilled in tailoring these processes to meet the stringent requirements of regulated environments, with a strong focus on financial institutions.
• Familiarity with compliance, security controls, and documentation standards. 

Business Context Knowledge:

• Experience working in financial services (preferrably in the US market), with a preference for loan processing or mortgage-related projects, particularly in regulated environments requiring detailed documentation and compliance with industry standards. 

Core Focus:

• Transforming business language policies into software requirement specifications (SRS) in a structured format suitable for developers. 
• Collaboration with business stakeholders to clarify competing priorities and align requirements. 
• Experience bridging the gap between business requirements and development teams to accelerate documentation.

Preferred skills:

• Familiarity with workflow modeling using BPMN and DMN.
• Strong background in workflow engines like Camunda, with both business and technical understanding. 
• Understanding the US residential housing market. 
• Knowledge of MISMO standards and RESTful APIs .
• Experience with Fannie Mae DU/Desktop Originator or Freddie Mac Loan Advisor.
