The project: This position is the right arm of the business analyst position, which is responsible for all back-office activities related to the NTConsult North American Operations. In this role, you will be in contact with all processes that touch the operations of the company, which will be a great opportunity for you to learn on how a company based in the United States works.

The responsibilities below are the starting point. If you demonstrate solid deliverables, the expectation is that you will grow with the company.

As you will work with the North American operation, it is very important that you are not afraid and able to communicate in English.


Responsibilities:

  • Send forms and verify documents from candidates and employees.
  • Organize documents in shared network folders.
  • Send contracts for signature.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the HR, Suppliers, and Finance departments.
  • Keep records and information organized and up to date.
  • Meet deadlines and follow established routines.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of employee information.

Required qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
  • Advanced English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience with HR or Finance administrative routines.
