The project: We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a fully remote team supporting a US-based client. The project involves developing and enhancing enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service using Dataverse. The developer will be responsible for implementing scalable customizations, integrations, and extensions across the Dynamics 365 platform while collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) using Dataverse.

• Build server-side components such as plugins, custom APIs, and custom actions using C# (.NET).

• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript, web resources, and command bar customizations.

• Create and maintain model-driven apps, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards, and security configurations.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, and third-party services.

• Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and participate in release activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design and deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse development.
• Solid experience with C# and .NET for plugin development.
• Experience developing custom APIs, custom actions, and server-side extensions in Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and Dynamics form scripting (Xrm/Web API).
• Hands-on experience with model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with REST APIs and external systems.
• Familiarity with Azure integrations, including services such as Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate.
• Experience developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Functions, Key Vault, or Application Insights.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service modules.
• Knowledge of data migration or integration tools (SSIS or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment deployments.
