Project: We're looking for a Knowledge Architect to own that structured layer: the concepts, rules, and relationships that describe how a business actually works. You'll go into messy, often legacy operational environments and bring order to them. Working from discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, process recordings, SOPs, documents, and system behavior, you'll model how work gets done, how decisions are made, which rules and guidelines apply, and how the core business concepts relate to each other. The output is durable knowledge assets that teams and AI systems can actually use.

Responsibilities:

• Extract concepts, business rules, relationships, document dependencies, and process logic from interviews, recordings, documentation, and existing models.
• Build and maintain reusable knowledge assets: taxonomies, glossaries, rule catalogs, concept maps, process knowledge maps, controlled vocabularies, and knowledge bases.
• Keep these assets accurate by validating them with stakeholders, and design them to be portable across engagements rather than tied to a single project.
• Partner closely with process-modeling and AI teams so the knowledge layer connects cleanly to workflow automation, document AI, and enterprise search.

Requirements:

• A strong track record structuring complex business and operational knowledge, from a background such as knowledge management, business or process analysis, business rules, or taxonomy and ontology design.
• Proven domain-modeling judgment in rule-heavy or regulated environments.
• The ability to sit with non-technical stakeholders, draw structure out of ambiguous input, and translate it into clear, usable models.
