Projetct: We're modernizing a large-scale legal operation by replacing a legacy workflow platform with Camunda across 80+ business processes. We're looking for a Business Analyst to lead process discovery with business stakeholders, document business rules and workflows, and translate operational knowledge into clear process definitions for the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders
• Analyze and document business processes, rules, roles, system interactions, and data flows
• Produce BPMN 2.0 diagrams and validate them with business owners
• Define functional requirements for the development team
• Maintain and prioritize the process backlog alongside the delivery team
• Support process refinement throughout implementation

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience leading business process discovery and requirements gathering
• Experience documenting business processes and functional requirements
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0
• Experience with workflow/BPM platforms (Camunda is a plus)
• Experience in regulated industries such as legal, insurance, banking, or financial services

Nice to Have

• Experience with law firms or professional services
• Knowledge of the US mortgage industry
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
