We are seeking one or more QA/UAT Specialists to actively participate in quality testing, functional certification, UAT, and production readiness during the acquiring platform migration.

This role will be responsible for coordinating, defining, executing, and tracking the comprehensive testing approach, ensuring that the solution validated by the financial institution during UAT is the same one promoted to Production. In addition, the role will collaborate with the institution, the provider, integrating third parties, and internal teams to ensure the platform meets the required quality, stability, security, performance, and compliance criteria before go-live.

Required Experience

•      Solid experience in QA, UAT, integration testing, and defect management.

•      Experience participating in migration, implementation, or technology transformation projects.

•      Experience in projects within financial services, acquiring, payments, cards, transaction processing, or payment platform sectors.

•      Experience coordinating testing with multiple stakeholders: providers, financial institutions, third parties, and internal teams.

•      Experience defining entry/exit criteria, severity matrices, SLAs, and testing governance models.

•      Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar.

•      Knowledge of performance, load, security, and regression testing.

•      Experience working with test environments and sensitive data.

Desirable Knowledge

•      Knowledge of acquiring platforms, payment processing, merchant acquiring, or transactional switching.

•      Knowledge of security and compliance standards applicable to payments, including PCI DSS.

•      Knowledge of authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, chargeback flows, and acquiring operations.

•      Familiarity with integrations via APIs, files, messaging, ISO 8583, or other payments ecosystem protocols.

•      Knowledge of agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

•      Experience with test automation strategies.
