We are not looking for a traditional Project Manager. We are seeking a resource with hands-on, processor-side experience in issuer processing migrations – someone who has directly led or driven the implementation lifecycle, integrations, testing, certifications, migration planning, cutover, and go-live activities that this kind of program requires. The Tech PMO will own the program's governance and execution discipline end to end, while also acting as a trusted technology advisor to the client throughout the engagement.

•      Establish and operate the overall program governance model.

•      Manage steering committees, governance forums, workstream reviews, and escalation processes.

•      Maintain the integrated project plan and critical path across all parties.

•      Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action tracking.

•      Coordinate testing, readiness, migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

•      Provide executive-level reporting and program visibility.

•      Ensure traceability of commitments, deliverables, and key decisions.

•      Drive execution discipline and accountability across workstreams.

•      Support stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the program.

•      Provide technology advisory support to the client throughout the project lifecycle, helping guide key migration, integration, readiness, and execution decisions.

•      Hands-on experience in issuer processing migrations from the processor side – not a generalist PM background.

•      Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles for card/issuer processing platforms.

•      Practical experience with integrations, testing, and certification processes in a processing environment.

•      Demonstrated experience planning and executing migration cutover and go-live activities.

•      Proven ability to run program governance: steering committees, escalation paths, risk/issue/decision tracking.

•      Comfortable operating as both a program lead and a technology advisor to client stakeholders.

•      Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, decision-ready reporting.
