Project: We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to support CRM administration and connect Salesforce with reporting and productivity tools such as Power BI and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and troubleshoot Salesforce API integrations and data flows.
• Manage users, permissions, configurations, and platform automation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain reliable integrations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on Salesforce administration and REST/SOAP API experience.
• Strong understanding of authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with Power BI, Outlook, or similar tools is a plus.
